Cirrus SR22 Flight Training
Overview
Glass Simulator is one of only four training facilities that operate a type specific Cirrus SR-22 FTD manufactured by Frasca International. The Cirrus FTD is designed to train pilots to fly integrated avionics systems and the Glass panel technically advanced aircraft (TAA)
Recurrent Training Program:
2 full days includes appoximately 8 hours of Simulator Time and 8 hours of Classroom. Includes course materials and one on one instruction with experienced instructors.
Companion Training Program:
1 half day of training includes 2 hours of class room time and 2 hours of simulator time. This course will help the Non-Flying companion become more comfortable and confident when flying.
These programs are designed to accomplish four very important steps, help the pilot to better understand the aircraft systems, to understand the advanced avionics, perform emergency situations that cannot be accomplished in the aircraft and finally, reduce the cost of flight time before the actual flight instruction in the aircraft begins.
